I stayed at this place for a day and would consider staying here again, as it was clean with extremely friendly staff, and the location was conveniently close to supermarkets.

The location was marvellous close to supermarkets. Everyone was brilliantly friendly and great. The room I had was brand-new with big TV, a balcony, comfy mattress🙂

Its location in Ha Giang was favourable, next to a lovely river, surrounded by beautiful mountains, the center of town and supermarkets. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a balcony.

Arrived to find a brand-new room with a balcony, nicely set up. Supermarkets nearby, which was convenient 👍🏼.

We stayed here for two days and had an excellent experience. The hotel is newly built and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice soft bed. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is located on a quiet street, providing a peaceful environment. The owner/manager was especially helpful in organizing our travel back to Hanoi and motorbike rental. The hotel also had eco-friendly measures like a refill water point and refillable shampoo and soap.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

This hotel ticks all the boxes when it comes to value for money. The prices are reasonable and you get excellent quality in return. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, situated in the center of town and overlooking a beautiful river. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony, providing a lovely view and a great place to relax. The breakfast offered here is simply delicious, starting the day off on a high note.

Clean and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed that made the romantic escape enjoyable. The hotel staff were helpful and organized alternative travel plans promptly. The hotel’s quiet location provided a peaceful ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

It would be great if the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of water for guests. Noise from the street was occasionally disturbing in the morning.

Not obvious to find.

It is conveniently located close to local shops and restaurants, and it has a quiet surrounding. the room is clean, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom which has a hot shower. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing useful tips for exploring the city.

There is no elevator which could be inconvenient for people carrying heavy luggage, or those with mobility issues.

The best thing about my stay at this hotel was definitely the garden. It was like stepping into a lush oasis, a hidden paradise right in the heart of Ha Giang. The vibrant flowers and the tranquil atmosphere made me feel like I was in a fairytale garden. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the hotel did not provide complimentary bottles of water or coffee, which was disappointing.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was very convenient - close to restaurants and supermarkets. I had a great time exploring this city.
